With over 4 decades of working experience within the medical and health industries and a lifetime of lived experience within the disability sector, ATJ Solutions offers a variety of personal care services and is accessible to anyone who requires support.

NDIS Support Coordination

Support Coordination helps you to understand and use your NDIS plan to achieve your goals, and build your confidence and capacity to manage the future. Many NDIS participants often find it difficult to get the support that they want. At ATJ Connex we support you to find the services you want, that help you to live the life you want.

We provide NDIS facilitation and support services that cater for all ages and abilities.

Knowing what support services are available and how you can access them, can be a challenging process. We provide expert advice about the different services that are available within the community and can assist you to navigate and access the services that you require.
